About this plugin
United Plugins' Guitar Bundle consolidates five specialized processors designed to handle the full frequency spectrum of stringed instruments in a mix. The package centers on two flagship all-in-one solutions: Electrum for electric guitar and Bassment for bass, each offering amp simulation, effects processing, and tone shaping within a unified interface.
Electrum delivers a comprehensive approach to electric guitar processing, combining amp modeling with pedalboard functionality across multiple guitar styles and techniques. Its single-window design prioritizes workflow efficiency without sacrificing tonal depth. Bassment applies similar philosophy to bass instruments, built around a multi-effect capable amp engine designed to extract professional results across genres from rock to modern metal.

The bundle extends into specialized territory with QuickAG, addressing the notoriously difficult task of acoustic guitar mixing through a streamlined mixing-first approach rather than traditional amp simulation. QuickBass provides rapid bass tone shaping, while DIFIX tackles a practical problem: correcting phase and frequency issues common to direct instrument recordings lacking proper impedance matching.
Complementing the primary tools are streamlined "Core" versions of Electrum and Bassment, offering essential functionality at reduced CPU footprint for template building or parallel processing chains.
This bundle suits tracking engineers, mix engineers, and producers who work regularly with guitar-based material and need reliable, sonically transparent tools across the entire stringed instrument spectrum. Rather than patching together disparate plugins, United Plugins offers cohesive workflow and sonic consistency. The inclusion of DIFIX demonstrates practical understanding of real-world recording scenarios, while the specialized acoustic and bass processors show technical depth beyond generic amp simulation.
