About this plugin

VOODOO stands as UJAM's most ambitious entry into the effects processor space, offering a densely programmed alternative to traditional guitar pedalboards and rack units. The plugin combines fifty meticulously designed modes that leverage up to forty discrete effect modules, including multiband compression, convolution reverb, granular processing, envelope followers, and modulation effects integrated into cohesive signal chains. Rather than presenting raw processing tools, UJAM has pre-configured these elements into sonically distinctive presets that prioritize immediate usability without sacrificing depth.

The sonic character leans toward textural experimentation and harmonic coloration. Users can expect organic warmth alongside intentional artifacting - think of it as a tool equally comfortable adding subtle dimension to clean guitars or generating the kind of peculiar, slightly unsettling textures that spark compositional ideas. The four variation knobs provide accessible parameter control within each mode's preset framework, while the master Finisher knob serves as a unified intensity control across the selected effect chain.
