About this plugin
UFX Delay is a musically-focused delay effect designed for producers who need both creative range and workflow efficiency. Rather than burying users in parameter menus, the plugin delivers immediate results through 150+ presets while offering genuine sonic depth for those willing to explore its 20 delay modes.
The mode selection spans practical territory: Clean and Tape modes handle conventional delay work with character, while Diffuse softens repetitions for lush pad layering. More adventurous options like Grain (granular processing), Random Pitch, and the transposed Oct Up / Oct Down modes provide the kind of creative possibilities that justify deeper engagement. Rhythmic patterns including Flam, Ricochet, and Sequencer modes address syncopated effects that would otherwise require extensive manual parameter automation.

The ducking feature deserves specific mention. Rather than letting delays muddy the mix, this function intelligently suppresses the wet signal during transient peaks, preserving both echo density and source clarity - a practical solution to a persistent mixing challenge.
Two multi-effect sections containing 40 Filter and 50 Finisher effects extend tonal possibilities beyond traditional delay character. The intelligent randomization function actually works here, generating usable variations rather than throwing dice at parameters.
As a crossgrade from any existing paid UJAM product, UFX Delay positions itself as a middle ground between basic delay tools and deeply complex algorithmic processors. It prioritizes musicality and speed of use without sacrificing the modulation and pattern depth that experienced producers expect. The 20 modes represent genuine sonic alternatives rather than superficial variants.
