About this plugin
MetaTune is a pitch correction and auto-tuning plugin that prioritizes sonic aggression and workflow efficiency. Unlike many automatic tuners that prioritize transparency, MetaTune is designed to deliver noticeable pitch-correction effects that sit prominently in a mix - a sonic character that aligns with contemporary pop, hip-hop, and electronic production aesthetics.
The plugin's technical foundation rests on two key innovations. Negative Speed allows correction artifacts to become musically useful rather than simply minimized, creating the characteristic "robotic" tuning effect that has become a signature sound in modern music. The Note Stabilizer function eliminates pitch flutter during sustained notes, ensuring tight, defined correction even at extreme settings. For producers seeking natural-sounding correction, MetaTune accommodates this as well, offering a full spectrum from subtle intonation fixes to pronounced vocal processing.

The interface prioritizes accessibility without sacrificing control. Real-time HeatMaps provide visual feedback on pitch deviations and correction behavior, helping engineers understand exactly what the plugin is doing to their source material. The Grouped Instances feature represents a meaningful workflow improvement, allowing simultaneous adjustment across multiple tracks and enabling dynamic key changes through automation across entire vocal arrangements.
Built-in doubling adds dimension to vocal tracks, reducing the need for additional processing chains. MetaTune stands among professional auto-tuning tools by offering genuine sonic aggression alongside genuine utility - it's neither purely corrective nor purely effects-based, but rather optimized for producers who want their pitch correction to be heard.
