About this plugin
Feel It is a sampled instrument plugin that reconstructs the sonic foundation of 1990s house music through meticulously sourced samples and a comprehensive editing framework. Rather than relying on synthesis alone, the instrument draws directly from genre-defining hardware including iconic drum machines, keyboards, and studio processing chains that defined the era's sound.
The plugin ships with 150 presets covering the essentials: warm Rhodes and Fender Rhodes pianos, vintage organ textures, punchy stabs, sub-heavy basses, and atmospheric pads. Each sound integrates Native Instruments' characteristically clean signal path with optional analog-style coloration via the effects editor.

The editing infrastructure elevates Feel It beyond a preset library. The sound editor provides sample-level control including tuning, filtering, panning, and envelope manipulation. The sequence editor houses a flexible 16-step pattern generator with six assignable macro controls for real-time modulation of parameters like cutoff or drive. The effects editor permits full customization of effect chains with drag-and-drop reordering, while the macro editor visualizes parameter mappings with color-coded feedback.
Feel It occupies a specific niche: producers seeking authentically sampled house textures without full sound design complexity. The preset collection, developed with collaborators including Alexkid and Nacho Marco, provides immediate workable material for both period-accurate productions and contemporary club sounds that reference the 90s foundation.
The instrument functions effectively as both a playable source and a starting point for deeper customization, making it suitable for both straightforward loop-based composition and deeper sound design work within house and related electronic genres.
