About this plugin
The MORG-81 EQP3 from Evertone Project is a meticulously modeled emulation of the classic mastering-grade parametric equalizer, capturing the sonic signature that defined professional mixing and mastering chains throughout the 1980s and beyond. The plugin delivers the warm, musical character inherent to vintage solid-state designs, with smooth, generous curves that sit naturally into a mix rather than aggressively reshaping it.
Evertone's implementation focuses on accurate frequency response behavior and the subtle harmonic coloration that makes hardware units of this era particularly valued in critical listening environments. The interface provides intuitive control over multiple parametric bands with adjustable Q factors, allowing surgical precision when needed or broader, more forgiving adjustments for those preferring a gentler touch.

The MORG-81 EQP3 suits mastering engineers, mix engineers working across multiple genres, and anyone seeking that characteristically smooth, vintage tone without the maintenance concerns of actual hardware. Among software parametric EQs, it stands out for prioritizing sonic authenticity over feature proliferation, making it a genuinely useful tool rather than a novelty recreation.
