About this plugin
For owners of Komplete Ultimate 15 through 26 seeking a definitive leap forward, this upgrade consolidates Native Instruments' entire production arsenal into a single, unified ecosystem. The Collector's Edition represents the company's most exhaustive offering to date, encompassing 160+ instruments and effects alongside 150+ expansions that span genres from orchestral scoring to industrial sound design.
The core appeal lies in depth rather than breadth. Kontakt 8 remains the gold standard for sampling and instrument creation, now enhanced with refined scripting capabilities. Massive X continues evolving the wavetable synthesis paradigm with improved workflow features including the new Play Page, while Absynth 6 serves those pursuing complex, evolving soundscapes through its hybrid engine merging granular, FM, and subtractive approaches. Guitar Rig 7 Pro adds significant creative potential for both guitarists and sound designers leveraging amp modeling and multieffects chains.

This collection suits professionals who've outgrown platform limitations. Composers benefit from comprehensive orchestral libraries like LCO Producer Strings and Cremona Quartet Ensemble. Electronic producers gain access to both classic workhorses like Reaktor 6 and Massive alongside contemporary tools. The inclusion of Brainworx effects and iZotope Elements rounds out mastering and mixing capabilities.
The upgrade path acknowledges existing investments while delivering genuine incremental value. For active producers within the specified version range, this represents more of a comprehensive refresh than a lateral move, though individual assessment depends on your specific workflow gaps and current plugin dependencies.
