Knorr is a bass enhancement plugin from Klevgrand that approaches low-end processing from an unconventional angle. Rather than relying on distortion or EQ to add definition, it employs a proprietary algorithm combining filtering, amplitude modulation, and frequency modulation to generate harmonic overtones from existing bass content. The result is a more articulate, present low end without the harshness or unpredictability that traditional saturation plugins often introduce.

The interface centers on an X/Y pad that controls the character and intensity of the effect, with a visual representation of the algorithm's behavior displayed in real time.
