Loopmix

Loopmix by Audiomodern is a creative loop manipulation plugin that functions as both a compositional tool and performance instrument. It loads up to six audio loops simultaneously and applies intelligent randomization across multiple parameters - sequencer timing, arrangement, reversal, density, volume, and pitch - to generate variations that maintain the harmonic and rhythmic coherence of the source material.

The plugin's architecture centers on several distinct randomization modes. Remix mode generates variations within defined constraints, while Infinity mode produces more radical transformations, and Disintegration mode progressively deconstructs the source material. Track-based randomization allows independent variation of individual loops, and temporary randomization lets you audition changes before committing. Rather than simple chaos, these algorithms appear calibrated to produce usable iterations rather than unusable noise.

The smart keyboard feature maps up to two octaves with different remix variations assigned to individual keys, allowing real-time triggering of variations and sequences.
