About this plugin
ACE Studio's Artist Pro 2.0 represents a comprehensive shift in how producers approach vocal and instrumental synthesis within a single environment. The plugin ecosystem combines a 140+ voice library spanning eight languages with legitimate stem-splitting technology and MIDI-to-audio conversion, creating a unified workflow that eliminates context switching between specialized tools.
The vocal engine demonstrates genuine expressiveness through its handling of timing and dynamics, with the choir mode enabling rapid assembly of layered vocal arrangements without manual tuning. Voice cloning functionality allows trained models from user samples, though results depend heavily on source material quality and training data quantity. The AI instruments, particularly the forthcoming Budapest Art Orchestra string sections, approach realistic articulation through what appears to be learned expression mapping rather than sample playback, yielding cleaner polyphony and more transparent MIDI control than traditional libraries.

Technically, the stem splitter operates as a competitive alternative to established tools like iZotope RX, handling vocal-instrumental separation with acceptable precision for mixing applications, though not primary source material extraction. The generative kit system functions as a sketching tool rather than finished production solution, useful for ideation phases.
Artist Pro suits producers working across electronic, pop, and orchestral production who value integration over specialization. It works best as a core production tool for songwriting and arrangement rather than a replacement for genre-specific instruments or surgical audio repair. The lifetime license model provides genuine long-term value against subscription alternatives, though the plugin's maturing feature set warrants close evaluation of current capabilities against your specific workflow requirements.
