About this plugin
The Best of W.A. Bundle represents a comprehensive production suite that consolidates W.A. Production's core technologies into a single investment. At its foundation sits Babylon 2.2, a substantially evolved wavetable synthesizer that maintains the design philosophy of its predecessor while introducing legitimate workflow enhancements. The wavetable editor now supports doubled table counts with improved WAV import functionality that auto-detects cycle counts and maps them intelligently. Multi and Quad oscillation modes provide genuine harmonic complexity, while the implementation of microtonal per-note scaling offers subtle but meaningful pitch control options often absent in comparable instruments.
ChopBeast 2 represents the bundle's sample manipulation component, positioning itself as a rhythmically intelligent chopper and slicer built on improved algorithms from the original. The accompanying mixing and processing tools round out the package, though the product description provided remains incomplete regarding specific processors included.

This bundle targets producers seeking depth without fragmentation - practitioners comfortable with modular thinking who value having essential tools sourced from a single development team. The 858 factory presets and extensive wavetable library suggest immediate usability for session work, while the architecture supports deeper customization for sound design focused work.
Babylon 2.2's technical approach emphasizes accessible parameter mapping alongside sophisticated modulation capabilities. The synth's single-page layout constrains immediate interface complexity while the underlying architecture supports substantial tonal variety. For producers already invested in W.A. Production's ecosystem, the bundle consolidates scattered purchases. For newcomers, it presents a reasonable entry point into their production philosophy, though individual component evaluation remains advisable before commitment.
