About this plugin
UJAM's Symphonic Elements Bundle consolidates three orchestral virtual instruments designed around Hans Zimmer's compositional framework and recording sessions at Remote Control Studios. The collection includes STRIIIINGS, DRUMS, and BRAAASS, each addressing distinct ensemble roles with a unified philosophy: delivering cinematic orchestral textures without requiring traditional orchestration knowledge.
STRIIIINGS provides 60 playing styles built around legato string phrases, offering producers direct access to lush, emotionally weighted string arrangements. DRUMS anchors the low end with 53 playing styles across 300 presets, moving beyond static samples into evolving percussive performances that build tension through layered elements. BRAAASS delivers 78 styles with 468 unique phrase combinations, emphasizing bold, blockbuster brass articulations suitable for dramatic impact.

Each instrument employs UJAM's performance engine, translating single note input into contextualized orchestral responses. A crossfader mechanism lets users blend between two independent arrangements, effectively conducting the section in real time. The Finisher FX section provides one-knob sound design capability, shifting tonal character across frequency and harmonic domains without requiring deep synthesis knowledge.
The bundle's strength lies in its accessibility for producers comfortable with arrangement but intimidated by orchestral detail work. This positions it between sample libraries and full orchestral VSTs like Vienna Ensemble Pro. The cinematic sonic character defaults toward contemporary film music but transitions convincingly into electronic and pop contexts through aggressive EQ and effects processing.
For composers seeking rapid orchestral textures without deep technical overhead, Symphonic Elements delivers reliable results within its specific sonic palette.
