About this plugin
Filtryg stands as a capable dual-filter effect designed for producers and sound designers who need precise tonal sculpting with real-time modulation. The plugin's core strength lies in its three filter types: a morphable 12dB State Variable Filter that transitions between lowpass, highpass, bandpass, and notch modes; a punchy 24dB Ladder Filter; and versatile Biquad implementations. Users can configure these in series, parallel, or hybrid arrangements, offering genuine sonic flexibility beyond what single-filter solutions provide.
The modulation architecture sets Filtryg apart from more basic filter plugins. The integrated Envelope Follower responds dynamically to incoming audio, while the audio-rate LFOs enable sonically useful harmonic generation through filter FM. MIDI keyboard tracking adds performance-based control, transforming Filtryg from a static effect into a responsive creative tool that reacts intelligently to both your playing and source material. Drive controls on the Ladder and Biquad add welcome harmonic character for those moments when subtle filtering needs reinforcement.

The interface prioritizes clarity without sacrificing functionality. The knob-centric layout feels familiar to synthesist hands, and the visible signal routing makes patch logic immediately apparent. Automation support is standard across all parameters, integrating seamlessly with modern DAWs.
Filtryg suits electronic producers, sound designers, and mix engineers seeking filter effects with substance. It occupies a middle ground: more powerful than basic stock plugins but less deep than full synthesizers. The customization options, including 34 language translations and 13 visual themes with accessibility considerations, demonstrate thoughtful design. For those needing intelligent, modulation-rich filtering without hardware, Filtryg delivers legitimate creative potential.
