About this plugin
Harrison Consoles' Tremolo Panner is a sophisticated LFO modulation tool that combines amplitude modulation with stereo panning, enabling producers to add spatial movement and dynamic texture to individual tracks or entire mixes. The plugin excels at generating everything from subtle, musical tremolo effects to aggressive, rhythmic panning that fundamentally reshapes a sound's stereo field.
The technical implementation centers on a flexible LFO engine with multiple waveshape options - Swell, Sine, Triangle, and Tri-Saw - each offering distinct tonal characteristics. The ramp mode selection (Swells, Linear, and Gated) provides additional control over the modulation envelope, while the quantized tempo-based division system ensures tight synchronization with your session's timing. A particularly useful feature is the LFO display that mirrors your DAW's playhead position, allowing you to see and adjust the phase offset for different song sections without guesswork.

The integrated filter section - offering Cut Low, Cut Highs, Cut Hi/Low, and Cut ALL modes - prevents frequency buildup during extreme modulation, a common issue with aggressive tremolo treatments. The adjustable stereo width control elegantly expands mono sources into convincing stereo images while maintaining phase coherence.
Tremolo Panner performs with notable musicality across guitars, synthesizers, and pads, though its appeal extends to adventurous vocal processing. Among comparable tools, it distinguishes itself through precise automation capabilities and the phase-aware LFO display, making it a reliable choice for mixing engineers who demand both creative flexibility and technical control. The wet/dry mix ensures transparent integration into any session.
