The plugin distinguishes itself through a convolution reverb engine offering 28 impulse responses captured from springs, plates, and halls at 96 kHz, alongside true reverse and pitch-shifted delay modes that maintain their character across feedback chains. A modulation section provides ensemble chorus, tempo-synced flanging, and variable-stage phasing, all placeable before or after the tape simulation. The soft-knee compressor with even-harmonic drive adds tonal shaping capacity, while the 4-band EQ addresses frequency-specific needs across the signal path.
The interface elegantly abstracts these 76 parameters into five macros controlled via a living X/Y pad. In performance mode, users manipulate tape speed and feedback simultaneously, creating dub-style pitch bends and self-oscillating swells.
