SH-MAX is Cherry Audio's comprehensive software synthesis engine that consolidates the core architecture of three landmark Moog SH-series synthesizers into a single, expanded instrument. Rather than simply emulating individual units, Cherry Audio has synthesized the most capable elements across the SH-5, SH-7, and SH-3A, resulting in an instrument with considerably more flexibility than any of its source inspirations.
The sonic foundation rests on dual voltage-controlled oscillators with syncable capabilities and multiple waveforms, complemented by a distinctive parallel filter section comprising multimode and bandpass circuits.
