The Kit Designer provides granular control over 17 individual drum sources with per-voice mixing, panning, and microphone selection. The Ensemble Designer reimagines spatial arrangement as a creative tool, allowing users to position drums across a virtual stage with performance-based controls for rhythmic phrasing. The Loop Designer accelerates groove construction through 72 tempo-synced patterns stackable in three-layer combinations.

Technical implementation relies on velocity-sensitive sample mapping across 10 dynamic layers and eight round robins per voice. This approach ensures tonal variation reflects playing dynamics rather than simple amplitude changes, maintaining coherence across extended performances. The underlying sample set of 22,246 recordings from 66 articulations supports both precision triggering and organic feel.
