About this plugin
Bloom Synth Analogue is a sample-based synthesizer that reconstructs the tactile character of vintage hardware through carefully curated recordings and straightforward sonic manipulation. Rather than modeling analog circuitry, Excite Audio's approach samples complete synthesizer performances - chords, arpeggios, basslines, leads, and evolving phrases - then presents them through a performance interface designed for modern production workflows.
The instrument's core strength lies in its sample library, drawn from iconic analog synthesizers and organized into functional categories. Over 250 presets span basslines, leads, experimental textures, and rhythmic phrases, all time-stretched and pitch-shifted to lock with your session. This eliminates the friction of sample hunting while maintaining authentic tonal character that digital synthesis struggles to replicate convincingly.

Four macro controls - Tube, Age, Circuit, and Expand - provide real-time tonal shaping without deep menu diving. The sequencer layer allows triggering individual one-shots and looping phrases, effectively functioning as both playable instrument and compositional tool. The edit page offers sample-level granularity through time-stretching, effect modulation, and per-note articulation control.
Bloom Synth Analogue suits producers who value immediacy and sonic warmth over synthesis depth. It excels in pop, synth-pop, and electronic production where recognizable vintage character accelerates arrangement decisions. Its presets deliver professional results quickly, though users seeking extensive sonic customization or real-time parameter automation may find limitations. The sample-import feature provides extensibility, allowing integration with proprietary sounds. For working musicians prioritizing inspiration over sound design, this remains an efficient songwriting accelerator with genuine harmonic and tonal utility.
