About this plugin
BLEASS Chorus is a two-stage stereo modulation effect that positions itself as a modern alternative to classic analog chorus units and guitar pedals. The plugin excels at delivering everything from transparent widening to textural experimentation through independent control of left and right channel delay lines, each modulated by separate LFO generators.
The core architecture centers on a configurable delay-line structure where you can adjust the count, average delay time, and modulation rate. The real power emerges from the offset and width parameters, which provide precise control over the stereo image relationship between channels. By allowing the left and right LFO depths to operate independently (or locked together via the Equal Depths toggle), the plugin can produce anything from subtle phase-coherent widening to unpredictable stereo textures that challenge traditional chorus characterization. The feedback control adds character and density without sacrificing clarity.

What distinguishes BLEASS Chorus in a crowded field is its straightforward interface combined with genuinely useful tools. The built-in oscilloscope gives real-time visual feedback of the modulation sources, helping you make informed decisions rather than relying purely on ears. The preset library provides a practical starting point, though the control set encourages deeper exploration.
The plugin suits producers and engineers working across electronic music, indie rock, and experimental production who value creative flexibility alongside efficiency. Its low CPU footprint means you can stack instances without guilt. While it won't replicate expensive vintage hardware with perfect fidelity, it offers something arguably more valuable: accessible, visually transparent control over stereo modulation with room for genuine sound design. This is chorus for thinking producers.
