Micro Glide is Harrison Consoles' take on pitch-shifted vocal and instrumental enhancement, a category that bridges traditional doubling effects with subtle harmonization. The plugin generates two additional voices - one pitched up, one pitched down from the source material - which can be blended back into the original signal to create thickness and presence without the artifacts of chorus or flanging effects.

The sonic character depends heavily on three core parameters. The Detune knob governs the interval between the pitch-shifted voices and the original, ranging from nearly imperceptible to obviously detuned. The Delay control introduces temporal offset between the shifted voices and the dry signal, adding spatial dimension and preventing phase cancellation that would thin the mix. The Wet/Dry balance determines how prominently the effect sits in the mix.
