About this plugin
Applied Acoustic Systems' Integral Bundle consolidates the company's full plugin ecosystem, delivering comprehensive access to their physical modeling technology across synthesis and effects domains. The collection encompasses Multiphonics CV-3, their modular synthesizer and effects platform, alongside Lounge Lizard EP-5 and the complete sound bank library spanning over 550 factory patches.
Multiphonics functions as both a powerful modular instrument and a sophisticated effects processor, built on AAS's distinctive physical modeling architecture. The recent additions of polyphonic operation, dedicated physical modeling oscillators, and FM synthesis modules expand its sonic palette considerably. The modular interface supports full MPE integration, enabling nuanced real-time expression for contemporary controller workflows. For sound design work, the breadth of modules - from acoustic object emulations to analog and digital oscillators, filters, and CV generators - provides genuinely useful creative pathways rather than superficial variety.

Lounge Lizard EP-5 targets the specific niche of electric piano emulation with documented authenticity, delivering tine-based and reed-based synthesis models derived from classic instruments. The dedicated synthesis engine separates this from generic piano sampling approaches.
The bundle suits producers and sound designers seeking deep synthesis capabilities without fragmented toolsets. Its learning curve accommodates both newcomers and seasoned users, though maximum effectiveness requires engagement with the modular paradigm rather than shallow preset browsing. The Integral Bundle represents genuine consolidation rather than arbitrary bundling - practitioners requiring both modular synthesis and vintage keyboard modeling will find legitimate economic value. AAS's reputation in physical modeling holds considerable weight among engineers prioritizing acoustic authenticity over algorithmic convenience.
