About this plugin
Rewind Samples' Yemi Bolatiwa: Liquid Vocals is a specialized effects processor designed to smooth, shape, and enhance vocal performances with a distinctly warm, analog-styled character. The plugin combines multiple processing stages - including sophisticated EQ, compression, and harmonic saturation - into an integrated workflow that prioritizes musicality over surgical precision.
The core strength lies in its approach to vocal presence and clarity. Rather than relying on aggressive processing, the plugin uses subtle harmonic enhancement and intelligent compression curves to push vocals forward in a mix while maintaining natural articulation. The saturation stage adds depth and cohesion without the clinical artifacts common to digital emulation.
