XLN Audio's Funk ADpak expands Addictive Drums 2 with samples from a Pearl Reference Series kit, one of the industry's most respected acoustic drum platforms. Recorded at professional resolution in a controlled studio environment, the library captures the kit's characteristic warmth and articulation across a full complement of acoustic percussion: a 22x16" kick, 14x5" snare, four toms ranging from 10" to 16", and a carefully curated selection of cymbals including Paiste hihats and crashes from both Sabian's HHX Evolution and Artisan lines. A cowbell rounds out the extended palette.

The sonic character leans distinctly toward modern funk and groove-oriented production.
