The library captures both close and distant microphone perspectives: tight Sennheiser 421 stereo pairs positioned near the drums, paired with spaced AKG 414 condensers placed at room distance. This dual-mic approach allows producers to blend dry, punchy tom character with spatial dimension, or commit fully to either perspective depending on mix requirements.
