About this plugin
Producertech's "Pro DnB Tips & Tricks - The Making of 'Move It' By RESO" functions as both a masterclass documentation and technical reference for drum and bass production rather than a traditional effects processor. The course captures RESO's production methodology applied to the track 'Move It', dissecting synthesis, drum layering, arrangement, and mixing techniques specific to the genre's demanding sonic architecture.
The material prioritizes practical signal flow over abstract theory, addressing the technical challenges inherent to DnB production: achieving punch and clarity at 170+ BPM, managing dense breakbeat chopping, and maintaining low-end definition without muddiness. Rather than employing a single effects plugin approach, the course examines how RESO constructs layered processing chains and routing decisions that define contemporary drum and bass sound design.

This resource serves experienced producers already versed in DAW fundamentals who seek to refine their approach within the DnB idiom. It bridges the gap between generic production knowledge and genre-specific execution, particularly for those working with drum chopping, parallel compression strategies, and spatial processing in fast breakbeat contexts.
Within the educational music production landscape, Producertech maintains credible standing through its detailed technical focus and artist-driven instruction. This particular course benefits producers seeking to decode professional-level DnB production rather than those requiring foundational audio engineering education or traditional plugin tutorials.
