About this plugin
Loopcloud DRUM+ stands as a comprehensive drum production environment that bridges the gap between sample-based workflows and real-time sound design. Rather than functioning as a conventional plugin effect, DRUM+ operates as a full kit sequencer and sound manipulation platform, housing over 6,800 one-shot samples organized across 331 production-ready kits spanning house, techno, hip hop, drum and bass, and dubstep.
The core strength of DRUM+ lies in its architecture: 16 responsive pads allow both programmatic sequencing and live performance, while the Generate Kit button enables algorithmic creation of custom drum combinations. This dual approach accommodates both methodical beat construction and spontaneous sonic exploration. The included sample library reflects contributions from respected producers including Icicle, Lenzman, Carl Cox, and Umek, ensuring sonically cohesive and professionally calibrated starting points.

The bundle incorporates three specialized drum packs - Rush, Flow, and Adrenaline - alongside Acoustic Drum Workshop and Vintage Drum Machines collections. This breadth addresses producers working across electronic and hybrid contexts. Kick drums span from subharmonic weight to surgical punch; snares range from tight snaps to resonant cracks; hi-hats progress from controlled articulation to open splash characteristics.
DRUM+ suits producers seeking accelerated workflow without compromising sonic depth. Rather than competing with individual sample packs, it functions as an integrated production hub, minimizing context-switching during composition. For electronic music creators prioritizing speed and professional sound quality over deep synthesis, DRUM+ represents a substantive toolkit that consolidates sampling, sequencing, and kit curation into a single interface.
