Kleverb is a versatile algorithmic reverb that occupies practical middle ground between CPU-light room simulators and CPU-heavy convolution processors. Built around a network of carefully tuned filters and delays, it delivers smooth, musical reverb tails without the artifacts that plague cheaper alternatives. The engine produces notably transparent early reflections and coherent late reflections, making it equally suitable for subtly sweetening vocals or creating expansive pad textures.

The plugin's architecture centers on three preset room configurations (small, medium, large) paired with independent filter controls for early and late reflections. This dual-filter approach matters: you can brighten diffuse early reflections while darkening the tail, or vice versa, giving you real sculptural control over the reverb's temporal character. Decay extends to 25 seconds, sufficient for ambient work, while pre-delay and diffusion parameters allow fine-tuning of reflective density without sounding artificially digital.

What distinguishes Kleverb is the integrated ducker, a sidechain-driven compressor that automatically reduces reverb during dry signal peaks.
